Mr & Mrs White have been actively involved in buying and selling properties for the past 30 years. Over time, they’ve focused on building a diverse property portfolio, holding onto most of their properties and letting them to young professionals and students.
Their goal is to continue expanding the portfolio while providing affordable housing to young professionals starting their careers or students attending nearby universities. With the ongoing housing shortage in the UK and the lack of new builds from the council, Mr & Mrs White are dedicated to helping address this crisis, understanding the challenges of finding affordable accommodation in London.
We take immense pride in the quality of service we offer. We see ourselves not just as landlords or agents, but as caretakers. We go above and beyond to ensure our tenants have the best possible experience. Our mission is to guide our tenants through the renting process, helping them feel confident when they move on to future properties. Many of our tenants are first-year students who may have lived with their parents until now, so we make it a priority to support them in understanding their roles and responsibilities as tenants, as well as the expectations of their landlords.
We believe in helping our tenants feel empowered and informed, and we are always happy to provide any clarity they may need about their rights and responsibilities. While we understand that we can’t please everyone, we always strive to assist those who reach out for help. Our approach is grounded in honesty, transparency, and a commitment to respond promptly to our tenants’ needs. As a family-run business, we focus on delivering exceptional service and always aim to under-promise and over-deliver.
