The entire rental process was transparent, with the agents actively pushing things forward. The support did not end with the move in. Small and big issues around the house were being resolved quite speedily, from fences that need replacement to a new dryer. The check out process was reasonable, and when we follow through on the agreed cleaning process and specific repairs, no addition charges were made to our security deposit.

Outstanding Experience with The Little Estate Agency
I had the pleasure of being a tenant with The Little Estate (Student Zone) for 4 years, during one of the hardest periods of my life – doing a PhD during a global pandemic – and I can confidently say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the very beginning, Robert was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The lease agreement was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Moving in and out was a breeze, thanks to the organised and supportive team. Communication was always timely and clear, both via email and phone calls. They operate with integrity, and there is never a catch! Our household never had to wait long for a response, and they always promptly offered solutions in a very courteous and helpful way. For example, during the entire tenancy period, they even reasoned with the landlord and helped us negotiate a rent increase, which they did not have the obligation to do. The property was my home for a long time, and it was always kept in excellent condition mainly because any maintenance issues were addressed swiftly and efficiently by the best handyman you can find in London, Michael. I remember needing to change the batteries in the fire alarms; after reporting it in the evening and giving access permission to the flat, I returned from work the next day to find the beeping noise was gone. This kind of prompt response was typical. During my stay, we had our carpets professionally cleaned and received a new oven and boiler. I even had a mould issue that, due to my own mistake, got a bit out of control. Although I should have reported it as soon as it happened, my late address of the situation did not change their attitude. Instead, they helped me figure out the problem in the best way possible. This showed me how much they care about their tenants and properties. I am now navigating the housing market again and wish I could find such a supportive and reliable.
